Unit Manager

Position: Unit Manager Role: Achieving the Unit’s business goals through quality recruitment and training of Sales Associates to achieve Sales targets. Develop business segments as per company strategy through Sale of HCI Offerings. Report To: Agency Manager Key Responsibilities: To recruit a team of Sales Associates as per the corporate strategy To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed To develop various business segments as per the sales strategy To train Sales Associates working closely with the Training unit To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the unit. Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. Develop and enforce departmental workflows to ensure efficiency and smooth operations. Critical Competencies: Good Communication and team building Skills Training and motivation capabilities Must have managed a team or handled a downline team e.g. with an MLM Ability to manage and analyse performance data and key metrics. Problem-solving skills for addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
