Prospecting & Follow-Up Contact prospective clients, understand their interests, and consistently follow up until they make a decision. Property Presentation Clearly present the company's properties, locations, prices, titles, payment options, and other relevant information to prospective clients. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage trust, referrals, and repeat business. Site Inspection Invite qualified prospects for property site inspections and professionally guide them during the inspection. Sales Conversion Apply effective sales techniques to convert qualified prospects into actual buyers and meet assigned sales targets. Objection Handling Identify and professionally address clients' concerns regarding price, location, documentation, payment, or other issues that may prevent a purchase. Sales Documentation Ensure that clients receive accurate information and assist them with the necessary documentation and procedures required to complete their transactions. Daily Sales Activities & KPI Meet assigned daily and monthly targets, including calls, new leads, WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, site inspections, and closed sales. Sales Reporting Provide accurate daily and weekly reports on leads, prospects, follow-ups, site inspections, sales, challenges, and other sales activities to the Sales Manager.
