Sales Supervisor – Job Description • Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. • Proactively acquire new customers through effective customer engagement, referrals, outreach, and other approved sales initiatives. • Lead, train, and support sales staff in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional store environment. • Develop and implement in-store initiatives to improve customer experience and support revenue growth. • Ensure staff provide accurate product information and appropriate recommendations to customers. • Oversee all POS transactions and ensure accuracy in cash, card, and digital payments. • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and support regular inventory counts. • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandising, cleanliness, and display quality. • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to identify opportunities for improved store performance. • Handle escalated customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies. • Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and handover. • Oversee customer follow-up processes, including client records and post-purchase engagement. • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to align in-store activities with online content and customer engagement. • Ensure effective communication of product updates, promotions, and brand information to customers. • Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports to management.
