PROJECT MANAGER (TELECOMS) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to plan, lead, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines while maintaining compliance with applicable standards, client requirements, and the organization’s Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to closure. * Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and deliverables. * Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved. * Monitor project progress, performance, costs, and timelines and provide regular management reports. * Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved specifications, applicable standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations. * Manage project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, inspection reports, meeting minutes, completion reports, and other required project records. * Manage project changes through established Change Control procedures, ensuring appropriate review, approval, and documentation. * Identify project risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans. * Coordinate and monitor suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. * Review supplier and subcontractor performance and initiate improvement actions where necessary. * Maintain effective communication with clients and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify, document, and report project nonconformities and ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective actions. * Ensure project activities comply with the organization’s QMS procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. * Monitor customer satisfaction and address project-related concerns promptly. * Participate in management review meetings and provide accurate project performance data and updates. * Promote continual improvement in project planning, execution, quality, cost management, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure proper project close-out, including completion documentation, handover, lessons learned, and final reporting. Requirements & Qualifications - Degree/HND in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience, preferably within the engineering, construction, telecommunications, or related sector. * Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion. * PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems is an advantage. * Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality control, and project reporting. * Proven leadership and team management abilities. * Strong client, stakeholder, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in project management, reporting, and documentation tools. * Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
