Customer Service personnel

Attend to customers’ inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally. Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly. Provide customers with information about the company’s yogurt products, prices, and available flavours. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases. Follow up with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service delivery. Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the appropriate department. Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain proper records of customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. Assist in promoting the company’s products and attracting new customers. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
