Job brief:
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will
involve managing all HR related activities including job designs, performance management, employee
relations, HR partner relations, organising training & development, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
- Ensuring a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues.
- Overseeing employee performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Implementing performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
- Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws,
and regulations.
- Maintaining personnel records and HR documentation.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Managing an HR account on the ArtisanOga platform including staff assessment.
- Managing termination and offboarding process.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and
retention.
- Identifying training needs to support employee growth and career development.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of BSC/HND in relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
- Master's Degree and professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in computer usage and digital education.
