General Manager Operations

Job Brief:
We are seeking a General Manager (Operations) to take the helm in overseeing all aspects of
our company's operations, from managing staff to optimising budgets. The successful candidate
will be responsible for crafting an overarching strategic vision, effective personnel management,
and the establishment of operational policies. The role necessitates a thoughtful leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- 5 years minimum experience in an operations management or similar role.

- Proficient in budget management and financial acumen.
- Familiarity with operational and project management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
