Job Description for Brand Assistant at BEEBAH The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for fashion and luxury aesthetics, be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and be able to work closely with the Creative Director. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Creative Director with brand coordination and daily operations • Support with fashion collection development, fittings, and photoshoot coordination • Help manage social media posting and content planning • Assist in organizing events, fashion shows, and brand activations • Coordinate celebrity and influencer gifting as well as PR activities • Support general brand and marketing initiatives Requirements: • Good understanding of fashion and luxury aesthetics • Knowledge of social media and fashion marketing • Ability to work closely with the Creative Director • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation tools • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
