Store & online sales Sales Representative Job Role: Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented online Store Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our clients while achieving sales targets and maintaining an organized, appealing store environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Customer Engagement: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent customer service abilities Handling and processing online sales orders, updates, and customer communication You will be responsible for managing customer communications via WhatsApp and other social media handles. Engaging customers through digital platforms to drive online sales and brand visibility. Preparing sales reports and submitting daily/weekly updates to management. Ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently met. - Sales and Transactions: - Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system. - Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting store merchandise. - Store Maintenance: - Ensure the store is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Assist with restocking merchandise and ensure that all items are properly tagged and displayed. - Inventory Management: - Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock. - Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or restocking needs to the management team. - Customer Service: Handling and processing online sales orders, updates, and customer communication. Engaging customers through digital platforms to drive online sales and brand visibility. Preparing sales reports and submitting daily/weekly updates to management. Ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently met. - Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the brand and values. Ensure all clothing items are properly tagged, steamed, and displayed Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Location: Admiralty Way Lekki Phase 1 Lagos Working Hours: - Open: 9:30 AM - Close: 7:00 PM This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment.
