Financial Oversight • Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability. • Review financial records and control costs. • Approve purchases within budget. 5. Customer and Client Management • Ensure excellent customer service. • Handle customer complaints and maintain relationships. 6. Audit and Monitoring • Monitor activities to ensure compliance with company procedures. • Check records, inventory, and transactions regularly. • Identify and report errors or irregularities. 7. Reporting • Prepare regular operational reports. • Provide performance updates and improvement recommendations to management.
