Key Responsibilities * Cut, sew, and assemble garments according to measurements and designs * Interpret sketches, patterns, and style instructions accurately * Perform fittings and make necessary alterations * Ensure neat finishing and quality control on all garments * Operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment effectively * Handle different fabric types with proper care and technique * Meet production deadlines and delivery timelines * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Collaborate with designers and team members to achieve desired results Requirements * Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress * Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing * Ability to sew both male and female clothing styles * Attention to detail and creativity * Ability to work independently and within a team * Good time management skills * Experience with industrial sewing machines is an added advantage Preferred Skills * Pattern drafting knowledge * Ability to create ready to wear/custom-made outfits * Understanding of modern fashion trends * Excellent hand-finishing techniques
