STUDIO MANAGER & BUSINESS STRATEGIST

We are hiring a responsible and business-minded Studio Manager to run a luxury wellness studio and café (Pilates, sauna, massage). this role requires strong leadership, honesty, and accountability. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily studio operations • Supervise all staff (Pilates instructor, massage therapist, front desk, barista if needed) • Drive sales of packages and memberships • Handle Instagram and WhatsApp marketing execution • Track daily revenue and submit weekly reports • Ensure calm, clean, and professional service environment Requirements • Female preferred • Age 28–40 • Experience in wellness, spa, beauty, gym, café, or hospitality management • Strong communication and leadership skills • Organized, disciplined, trustworthy • Comfortable with sales and reporting ❗ Not a receptionist role. Must be business-oriented.
