Keeping detailed and accurate records of raw materials that enter into and leave the store Keeping proper records of stock of raw materials and finished goods on excel Issuing out of material for production and confirming amount of what was taken out Monitoring stock level and ensure factory never runs out of required raw materials Recording ins and outs of the store using the Stock bin card and updating records on Excel sheet Issuing out raw materials required for daily production to each tailor Issuing out raw materials for printing to Printers Receiving necessary work in progress jobs into the store and keeping accurate records of jobs coming into the store Monitoring and confirming yardage of materials taken out of each roll of raw material and recording the balance left after issuing out Issuing out the necessary work in progress jobs to tailors required for daily production Monitor Stock level of overall store and blow alarm once stock balance gets to the reorder level. Consistently request for restock of raw materials until the stock has been replenished.
