Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • The Project Manager is responsible for developing comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs) including schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and risk management plans. • The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to ensure coordinated execution of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. • Manage all project budgets and controlling expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and financial accountability. • The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, as well as local and international regulatory requirements. • The Project Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks through structured risk management processes. • The Project Manager is responsible for preparing and presenting project progress reports, performance metrics, and key deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. • The Project Manager is responsible for managing contracts and interfacing with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure alignment with project objectives. • The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating design reviews, technical evaluations, and quality assurance processes. • The Project Manager is responsible for managing change control processes and ensuring that all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively. • The Project Manager is responsible for closing projects in accordance with contractual obligations, including final documentation, performance evaluation, and lessons learned. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related discipline). • Professional certification (e.g., (PMP, PE, AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) ) is preferred. • Minimum of 8–15 years of project management experience in the oil and gas engineering industry. • Demonstrated experience managing EPCIC projects. • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (API, ASME, ISO, etc.). • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). • Experience in both onshore and/or offshore project environments is advantageous. Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership and team coordination skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • High level of financial and commercial acumen. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Sound understanding of risk and change management practices. Working Conditions: • Office-based with periodic travel to site locations (onshore/offshore) as required. • May involve working in remote or high-risk environments under strict safety protocols.
