Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions Ensure shelves and display areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management Handle sales transactions using POS systems accurately Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper visual merchandising standards Support loss prevention by monitoring suspicious activities Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
