Security ( gate man)

* Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles * Open and close the gate as needed * Maintain a visitor time in/out, and purpose * Politely screen and verify visitors before granting access * Patrol the premises occasionally and report unusual activity * Ensure the gate and surrounding area are kept clean and organized * Respond to emergencies or alert the homeowner/security team * Follow all security protocols and instructions from the homeowner * *Requirements*: * Prior experience in security or gatekeeping * Polite, respectful, and alert at all times * Trustworthy and reliable * Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions * Basic reading and writing skills
