1. The Sales representative is to always respond to messages on all messaging platforms ON TIME/IMMEDIATELY 2. To attend to all clients enquiries both offline and online 3. To handle the account section of the business. Accounts must be done daily. 4. Accounts must be settled with the Creative Director (CD) on a weekly basis. 5. Handle and interphase with the other staff members on the team with the CD 6. Communicate properly and clearly on client’s wants and needs with the rest of the team 7. Ensure accurate measurements are taken as and when due 8. Ensuring quality control on dresses ready for delivery 9. Liaise with store manager, office assistant in carrying out daily activities 10. Support physically during fittings 11. Support physically with Bridal styling (if necessary) 12. Must carry out any other duty and must give necessary support on any responsibility given by the CD or any Supervisor 13. Always look very presentable. Sandals or covered shoes, hair neatly done, dress well 14. Wednesdays closing time is 6pm 15. Other responsibilities can be given based on the discretion of the CD
