Sales associate

Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Associate at Kwelaku. As a Sales Associate; -You will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining inventory and other records within the store. -You will implement in-store strategies to increase customer satisfaction, customer retention and customer loyalty. -You will attend to customers efficiently. -You will make sure online orders are well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. -You will always maintain a cheerful disposition and welcome customers using the Kwelaku template. You must have knowledge of our products and brand as a whole in order to be helpful to customers and truly represent the brand in the best possible light. Qualifications -1+ years of experience in retail sales, especially in Fashion. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets -Proven track record of exceptional customer service -Ability to cross sell -Attention to detail and high organizational skills -Visual merchandising is a good skill to have also, although not entirely required
