Job description:
A. Recording all financial transactions
B. Managing bank feeds
C. Managing payroll
D. Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
E. Assisting with tax preparation
F. Using technology (quickbooks) for streamlining tasks
Any other preference:
A. Computer literate
B. Ability to use accounting softwares will be a bonus
C. Must be able to use Excel & Microsoft packages
Work days and hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm
