Production Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily garment production activities. 2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. 3. Supervise production staff, including pattern makers, cutters, tailors, and finishing personnel. 4. Monitor production quality and ensure garments meet company standards. 5. Allocate materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. 6. Track production progress and resolve delays or operational challenges. 7. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and production best practices. 8. Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management. 9. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize production costs. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in fashion production management or a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, cutting, sewing, and quality control. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple production orders and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools is an added advantage.
