Pattern Drafter

Experienced pattern drafter needed for female fashion pieces with strong creativity and technical skill. Must be able to interpret sketches accurately, contribute creative ideas, and draft patterns for a wide range of designs including structured outfits, dresses, and ready-to-wear pieces. Must be creative, detail-oriented, neat with finishing, and able to meet deadlines consistently. Strong understanding of garment construction and fit is important. Additional responsibilities include: * Supervising sample production when necessary * Helping refine garment fit during fittings * Collaborating with the creative team on new designs and ideas * Organizing patterns and maintaining a clean workspace * Supporting production efficiency and quality control
