Marketing Executives

Job Brief
We are looking for talented Marketing Executives to join our marketing team. You will organize
creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s
success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance
of ideas for building efficient strategies especially in the estate management sector. He/she
must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services
and public image.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute effective, user-friendly marketing strategies.
- Represent our company at exhibitions and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze trends, brand recognition, and
competitive landscapes.
- Initiate and oversee surveys to gauge customer needs and loyalty.
- Foster strong relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure successful
collaborative promotional activities.
- Track campaign progress using various metrics and provide performance reports.
- Work closely with management to prepare budgets and manage expenses.

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- A solid grasp of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated creativity and commercial acumen.
- A BSc or HND in a relevant discipline.
