1. Plans and directs laundry operations.
2.  Sets standards for production and quality of work performed
3. Keeps production records to track amounts of linen and clothing processed and shipped to various locations; prepares reports of laundry activities.
4. Prepares purchase orders to maintain linen inventory and supply of cleaning chemicals.
5. Ensures the smooth operation of the laundry department in Rooms Division, which includes the area of laundry, dry cleaning and the uniform room.
