Job Title: Kitchen Assistant Job Summary The Daniel’s Grill is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen while upholding our quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities •basic food preparation (washing, cutting, grilling ,seasoning ingredients) • Support grill and other kitchen staff • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas • Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools promptly • Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards • Take delivery of kitchen supplies and help with stock arrangement • Dispose of waste correctly and maintain hygiene standards • Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times • Carry out other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager Requirements & Skills • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage but not required • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good teamwork and communication skills • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods • Willingness to learn and take instructions • Honest, punctual, and dependable What We Offer • Friendly and supportive work environment • Opportunity to grow within The Daniel’s Grill • Staff meals and other benefits
