Job Summary: The HR Officer will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and compliance for factory staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard tailors, machinists, cutters, shoe makers, and other factory workers. Maintain attendance records and support payroll processing. Handle employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary issues. Conduct orientation and basic training for new staff. Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety procedures, and factory regulations. Keep accurate employee files and prepare HR reports. Support performance monitoring and productivity improvement.
