An experienced restaurant manager should already have experience in operating an hotel/service apartment. Like I said earlier, we want someone with broad experience, basically restaurant management fundamentals, if there’s any adjustments that suits our policies, it’ll be stated at point of interview but definitely wouldn’t be out of the acceptable norms
