BIKEN CASUAL IS HIRING! FASHION DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Biken Casual is looking for a creative, innovative, and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a fashion design & development officer. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to life and help us develop unique, stylish, and commercially appealing designs for our ready-to-wear collections. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop new and original clothing styles for Biken Casual • Research current and upcoming fashion trends • Create design concepts and style references for new collections • Develop existing ideas into unique Biken Casual designs • Recommend suitable fabrics, colours, details, and finishing • Work closely with the pattern maker and production team to develop samples • Review samples and make necessary design adjustments • Ensure designs are practical, wearable, and suitable for ready-to-wear production • Contribute fresh ideas for seasonal collections and new product lines • Maintain the creative identity and quality standards of Biken Casual REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in fashion design or product development • Strong understanding of garment construction and fashion trends • Creative mind with excellent attention to detail • Ability to develop styles from concept to finished sample • Good understanding of fabrics and garment finishing • Experience working with a ready-to-wear brand is an advantage • Must be innovative, organised, and able to meet deadlines LOCATION: Olambe, Ogun State If you are passionate about fashion, creative enough to constantly develop fresh styles, and ready to contribute to the growth of a fast-growing ready-to-wear brand, we want to hear from you!
