Production & Quality Control Manager

* Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedule * Assign tasks to cutter, tailors, and embellishment team * Supervise all production staff and ensure productivity * Monitor work during production to prevent mistakes * Conduct quality control checks (during & after production) * Ensure all orders are completed on time * Correct errors immediately and maintain high finishing standards * Manage workflow to avoid delays and bottlenecks * Record & report daily/weekly production progress Requirements * 3–5 years experience in fashion/garment production * Experience managing tailors and production teams * Strong knowledge of garment construction & finishing * Ability to read and interpret designs/patterns * Strong attention to detail (very important) * Good leadership and team management skills * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Firm, proactive, and results-driven * Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Important Note * Must be hands-on and actively supervise the production floor * Must be able to correct tailors and enforce quality standards * Only candidates with fashion production experience should apply
