Factory Manager

A professional Factory manager with at least 2-5 years experience in fashion industry as factory manager or similar role Supervise and manage the factory Must make sure the factory have everything that it need to operate Monitor production metrics: and analyze data to identify and resolve issues, improving efficiency and reducing waste. Quality and Safety Establish and enforce quality control standards: to ensure finished products meet quality requirements. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations: are followed to maintain a safe work environment. Make sure workers are meeting dead line Mornitor and supervise the factory Make sure everyone is doing their jobs Control policy and mitigate risk
