Chef

Cooking variety of National dishes and Pastries. (Some experienced in preparing continental dishes can be an advantage).
Baking snack/pastries (and/or supervising)
Cooking daily for large number of customers.
Practicing basic food safety daily - before, during, and after cooking.
Taking/managing inventory or stocks.
Food budgeting.
Vendor/supplier sourcing.
Leading/managinh a team (other chefs & cooks).

*NOTE: Job opening is for a startup company, so candidate may not start almost immediately. However, arrangements have been put in place for whatever expectations are required during training and before business launch*
