- Cooking variety of National dishes (such as different rice, soups, banga stew, moi-moi, spaghetti, beans etc.) - Some experienced in preparing continental dishes can be an advantage. - Baking snack/pastries - Experience in cooking daily for large number of customers (above 100) - Basic knowledge of food safety practices Experience in Menu & Recipe development (is an advantage) - Taking/managing inventory or stocks. - Vendor management - Team leadership skills *NOTE: Job opening is for a startup business in the process of launching
