Business Manager

This role (Business Manager) is a corporate position, not daily beach staff. Their work is mostly remote — preparing documents, handling correspondence, and representing the company in official meetings or site supervision when required. Day-to-day beach presence will be handled by our instructors, marshals, and customer service team, who are permanently stationed on site. The Business Manager and step in only when management, negotiation, or external affairs require her presence. Duties/Role Lead company rep in all meetings. Present proposals, negotiate fees/partnerships. Speak on behalf of the CEO (with written mandate). Handle correspondence with Elegushi management.
