I am a security management professional with over 12 years of experience in security operations, personnel supervision, administration, coordination and risk management. As a Security Manager or Chief Security Officer, I can develop and implement security policies, supervise security personnel, manage access control, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, prepare security reports and coordinate emergency response. As a Security Coordinator or Supervisor, I can effectively coordinate teams, monitor daily security activities, ensure compliance with procedures, manage deployments and maintain good communication between security personnel and management. I also have experience in administration, personnel management, training and leadership. As a lecturer or trainer, I can teach and mentor students in areas such as Political Science, International Relations, Security Management, Administration, Leadership and related subjects, using practical experience to make learning relevant. I hold a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an M.Sc. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Lagos. I am also a PhD candidate in International Relations and a trained Supernumerary Police Officer with the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP).
