As an Inventory / Administrative Officer, I manage and control materials, tools, and consumables by receiving, recording, issuing, and monitoring stock to prevent loss and shortages. I maintain accurate inventory and asset records, prepare stock reports, and coordinate timely re-ordering. I also handle administrative duties such as documentation, staff attendance, procurement support, invoice and waybill processing, logistics coordination, and communication with site engineers, suppliers, and management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and proper record keeping.
