As a chef in a hotel, my duty as a chef is to prepare and present quality meals for guests. I plan menus, prepare ingredients, cook dishes base on set standards. Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and also ensure meals are served on time, meet guests expectations and as well work with the kitchen team in order to deliver excellent service.
