I’m someone who thrives in organized, people-facing environments and has a strong track record of accountability. In my previous role, I coordinated vehicle dispatch at a busy terminal, ensuring every passenger and vehicle was accurately recorded before departure attention to detail was non-negotiable. I maintained up-to-date data records and reconciled them daily, which taught me how to handle pressure, manage time, and always stay accurate. On the customer side, I worked directly with clients to update their information, verify requests, and transfer data efficiently which strengthened my communication and listening skills. During the COVID-19 response, I managed field reports from health centers, liaised with partners, and ensured data was submitted completely and on time. I also led training sessions and supported community teams, helping locals understand systems which built my confidence in explaining solutions clearly. Whether working with a team of enumerators or assisting a customer with documentation, I’ve learned how to stay helpful, proactive, and professional. I’m naturally driven, goal oriented, and enjoy solving problems for people which is what sales is all about. I may be new to formal sales, but I bring the core traits: discipline, empathy, communication, and follow-through. I’m eager to learn fast, deliver results, and build long-term value for both clients and the company.
