Founded and manage Retzy’s Collection, an online retail business specializing in clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, and household items. Conducted effective dropshipping, customer service, and sales via WhatsApp and Instagram. Built and maintained a strong client base through strategic online marketing and trust-based relationships. Managed inventory, order processing, and product sourcing. Promoted products using visuals, storytelling, and seasonal sales strategies. Gained hands-on experience in branding, negotiation, and market research. Designed and sewed custom clothing for women. Took accurate body measurements and advised clients on suitable styles. Managed fabric sourcing and stitching within customer deadlines. Developed attention to detail, customer service, and basic fashion skills. Currently enrolled in the University of Jos, Nursing department, 300 level.
