Throughout my career, I’ve held several customer service jobs, including working as a manager/supervisor for a year and currently an operation manager for two years. These experiences have taught me the importance of listening to customers, maintaining a positive attitude and working with other team members to provide the best possible service. In my current role as an operation manager at Strictly Ofada restaurant, I’ve been able to be diligent in my role, bringing more customers and increasing sales which exemplify the organization’s core values, which include being dependable, resourceful and hardworking.
