Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of garment production, from material sourcing to final product assembly, in order to fulfill production timelines and targets. • Working collaboratively with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to transform design concepts into viable manufacturing strategies. • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers to secure competitive prices and high-quality materials while ensuring component delivery on time. • Creating and implement production plans, workflows, and processes to maximize productivity while adhering to quality requirements. • Frequent quality inspections and executing quality control techniques to guarantee that final clothes fulfill predetermined requirements. • Creating production budgets, manage expenditures, and evaluate data to identify cost-cutting options and process improvements. • Leading and Motivating Production processes.
