As the sales manager, I was in-charge of all other workers thereby caring weekly evaluation and assessment needs base to know the overall sales and profit for the week. Monitoring staff punctuality and regularity to work and where the need be to ensure reward and punishment are served to the affected employee. Wooing customers to patronize our goods at all cost. In so doing, I came up with the idea during one of our management meeting to gift anyone who buys our goods to a certain amount a package with our label and the Managing Director subscribed to the idea. This saw an overall 85% increase in sales as compared to the previous before the implementation of this idea. Taking daily sales records and report back to the MD.
