Clearly communicate designs revisions to all members of the fashion team Accessorise all clothings for fittings and photo shoots Meet with fashion director to discuss on new collections Oversees and assist the cutter whilst preparing garment patterns and cutting garments for the tailors Ensure proper distribution of work (after cutting) to the joiners Monitor and supervise the cutters and joiners through cutting, sewing and finishing of garments. Source fabrics for new collection and maintain strategic relationship with local vendors. Ensure the right materials are sourced and provided to the tailors for efficient delivery of work. Conduct market research and works on the constant improvement of the whole design process to increase overall effectiveness. Prepare weekly list of tailors completed works for commissions. Coordinates client photoshoot Ensure all completed Garments are properly ironed and handed over to the appropriate staff at the show room Monitor and supervise the cleaner to ensure that the factory is tidy, sewing machines are clean and in good conditionat all times. Ensure that the tailoring materials and customers cloths are well arranged and in order at all times. Work in the field of communication and supervision with respect to every phase of production, management of relationships with suppliers Assist pattern makers for the development of prototype and fittings.
