Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Ensure a positive shopping experience to drive sales and loyalty. 3. Sales & Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and restock fabrics when necessary. Assist with ordering new materials and tracking inventory. Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue. 4. Store Maintenance & Organization Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Oversee fabric displays and ensure proper labeling. Enforce health and safety regulations. 5. Cash Handling & Reporting Assist with opening and closing procedures. Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Generate daily sales reports and communicate with management.
