BIPORAL (Environment Compliance/Facility Officer)

Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including those related to estate codes, fire safety, and environmental standards. Monitor and manage utility usage (electricity, water, gas) and work to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Respond to and manage emergencies or unexpected issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations. Work closely with other departments or teams within the organization to ensure smooth facility operations and integration with overall business objectives. Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services is rendered as at when due Maintain detail log of complaints, response and response time Formulation and enforcement of the estate environmental policy Ensures that the estate residence and construction sites within the estate are in compliance with environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management Providing necessary equipment to all janitors in order to reach the stated corporate objectives and targets Inspection and servicing of cleaning/gardening equipment on a regular basis Effective Project Material Costing & Implementation Management Collaborate with the HR in onboarding of new janitors and preparatioln of monthly payroll
