Lesson Planning & Instruction: Designing and delivering lessons based on the curriculum. Assessments & Evaluation: Creating tests, quizzes, and assignments to measure student progress. Classroom Management: Maintaining discipline and a conducive learning environment. Student Support: Assisting students who need extra help and encouraging active participation. Collaboration with Colleagues: Working with other teachers to ensure consistency in learning objectives. Pastoral Care & Student Welfare: Acting as a mentor and counselor for students in their class. Attendance & Discipline: Keeping track of attendance, monitoring behavior, and ensuring a positive classroom environment. Communication with Parents: Updating parents about their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements. Administrative Duties: Handling class records, report cards, and student profiles. Liaison Between Students & School Management: Addressing concerns, facilitating student engagement, and enforcing school policies.
