I had customers directly and indirectly. I served them at the point of sales and also handled their enquiries and complaints which were brought to the notice of the management.

Pnet Communications and Computer Technology (Computer Operator)

I did my computer training with PNET communications and computer technology and afterwards served as a computer operator. I used Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc to serve customers’ needs.
