To saw skirt and blouse, first of all u have to first cut the skirt after that then you would cut the blouse, but if u are giving gwon to saw you would first cut the full length of the measurements when cut the full length u have to add some numbers to get what you want . After that then you cut the remain part. This is just in brief!!
