-Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems devising ways to streamline processes -Recruiting and training personel and allocate responsibilities and office space -Accessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency -Assisting the HR Manager in implanting company task and managerial goals in the establishment
