Leading and improving operations across 2 states with a team of more than 250, and interfacing with over 25,000 smallholder farmers who cultivate over 20,000 hectares of maize, sorghum, and soybean. • Improving regional processes, policies, and practices thereby achieving company’s goals and driving compliance with company-wide laid down rules and guidelines. • Developing and implement innovative ideas and strategies which ensure operational effectiveness. • Driving improved performance across teams while identifying training gaps and implementing training programs that meet learning needs of the workforce
