In my past roles as a customer service officer as well as a quality control officer, I’ve gained a range of skills and experience that will help me add more value to the customer service lineup as well as enhance the service delivery of an organisation I understand that organizations are fast-paced environments where quick-thinking is necessary. My initiative, along with my ability to work well under pressure will aid me in this role and help ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, my strong interpersonal skills will help me deal with any challenges in an appropriate and helpful way.
