This involved but is not limited to the following: • Collect rents and other tenant fees. • Provide disaster protection and property maintenance. • Provide rental property supervision. • Evaluate property to determine market rent based on experience and current market conditions. • Provide pricing to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies. • Conduct needed assessment with owner and survey the property for needed repairs or improvements. • Conduct screening of tenants and application process including credit reports and reference check. • Coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance and cleaning. • Provide post and pre-vacation inspections as well as periodic inspections throughout the lease. • Perform evictions where necessary including posting notices, filing court processes. • Provide 24-hour emergency contact. • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
